Product Description

Textured Geomembrane

Textured geomembrane is made from high grade polyethylene raw material, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging and UV-resistance component. It adopted the first class automatic production equipment and four-layer co-extrusion blow process. At the same time we apply Nitrogen to produce textured surface which is stable and immovable. Textured geomembrane divided into single-sided textured and double-sided textured geomembrane. The thickness we could make is from 1mm to 3mm. All products are in accordance with GRI and ASTM test standard.

Application

Geomembrane Production Equipment

Our geomembrane production line was imported from German PLAMEX one of the leaders in supplying geomembrane machine, with high tech four layers co-extrusion blow process that can guarantee geomembrane thickness under±4% error range which is much better than the national standard 8%. Membrane produced can up to 3mm thickness and width up to 8m. For thickness below 1.0mm, the width can up to 8.5-9.0m.

Meantime, by adding nitrogen during production to gain single-side textured and double-side textured surface geomembrane.
