Product Description

Smooth Geomembrane

Smooth geomembrane is made from high grade polyethylene raw material, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging and UV-resistance component. It adopted the first class automatic production equipment and four-layer co-extrusion blow process. The thickness we could make is 0.3mm to 3mm. All products are in accordance with GRI and ASTM test standard.

Application
Smooth geomembrane can be used for flat area and engineering without cover soil or with anti-seepage parameter and small friction coefficient. Geomembrane Production Equipment

Our geomembrane production line was imported from German PLAMEX one of the leaders in supplying geomembrane machine, with high tech four layers co-extrusion blow process that can guarantee geomembrane thickness under±4% error range which is much better than the national standard 8%. Membrane produced can up to 3mm thickness and width up to 8m. For thickness below 1.0mm, the width can up to 8.5-9.0m.

Meantime, by adding nitrogen during production to gain single-side textured and double-side textured surface geomembrane.
